ASUS is reportedly planning a netbook Eee PC will be equipped with built-in phone. The phone will function as 3G communication module, according to Purely Gadgets, UK distributor source.

The phone's built-in implementing the double SIM Card with the account data for these two numbers as well as portable computers. Mobile phones manufactured by Israeli company, Modu, was established by Dov Moran, who is also the inventor USB Flash Drive. Modu first appearance in the arena of Mobile World Congress last February. Output current phones have been sold freely.

Andrew Tse, as the chief distributor of Purely Gadgets, said, "the idea of a built-in mobile phone provides a fresh new look for the netbook. As well as instilling the idea of the advanced features of the camera on a netbook."

Modu mini phone looks more like a pair on the other device. This phone is divided into two parts, the mobile modular 'plug and play', which can be removed and installed again. And the second is the jacket that serves as a chasing or electronic enclosures.

In addition to cooperating with Asus, Modu has also established cooperation with several electronics companies, such as Blaupunkt and Texas Instruments. Reportedly they're developing enhancements to Modu such as cameras, stereos, and digital photo frames.
