United States dismantled the secret documents out by WikiLeaks site administrator. In the document contained several large U.S. plan. Including, this Superpower State efforts to spy on United Nations officials and diplomats from other countries.

This document also highlights the continued role of North Korea in the world arms trade. This includes the smuggling of missiles or missile capable of carrying nuclear cargo to Iran.
