Sony Corp. plans to develop a tablet computer tablet to rival Apple's iPad. Sony is optimistic that the tablets will be able to defeat the iPad in the market.
"We have plans to develop a tablet since a few years ago, and not because Apple has made in advance and we steal the opportunity," said Mike Abary, senior vice president of Sony Information Technology Products as reported by Bloomberg, Monday (17/05/2010).
