Ballmer also said, as many as seven vendors including Sony, Samsung, and Toshiba, and 16 operators world like Orange, Vodafone and T-Mobile will support the mobile-phone Windows Mobile.
"We've worked hard to present an interface that is easy for consumers, mobile phones using windows mobile 6.5 will allow you to make calls, surf the Internet, and watch videos," said Ballmer at Microsoft headquarters of France, in Issy-les -Moulineaux.
