LG Electronics has just added the ranks of its Android smart phone. South Korean vendors giant announced it will showcase LG Optimus Black on the sidelines of CES 2011 this weekend. Interestingly, the new members 'Optimus' is claimed as the slimmest touch screen phone in the world.

LG Black Optimus NOVA which comes with a screen of 4-inch will be present with only 0.9 cm thick only. It confirms thickness as the thinnest mobile phone touch screen with the first in the market.

Optimus NOVA screen on LG Black designed brighter, detailed, clear and easy to read compared to other mobile phone screens with 700 nits for optimal visibility.

All the features contained in the LG Black Optimus can run either on the platform of Android 2.2 Android 2.3 Froyo and Gingerbread. Reportedly, LG Optimus Black will be launched globally in the first half year of 2011. For the price, the LG is still silent.
