Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Tuesday (20/10) announced a number of new processors including Athlon's first triple-core processors in the world. This is the first artificial AMD processors that use three cores in one chip.

Processors are working in the 2.2 GHz and 2.9 GHz and 95 watts of sucking power. Named Athlon II X3 triple-core processor is a new line is positioned between Second Athlon X2 Athlon dual-core and quad-core X4 II.

AMD triple-core processor states are designed for desktop and PC form factor that relies on the kind of miniature all-in-one PC that buried the CPU into one with LCD. With these processors, more powerful computers that can support three-dimensional graphics display.
