Google reportedly is doing a deal to acquire a company which deals with advertisements on mobile phones (mobile advertising).
Reported by Cellular News, Tuesday (10/11/2009), the company admob mobile advertising has agreed to offer Google akuisis for USD750 million. Admob itself is now supported by several companies such as Sequoia Capital, Accel, DFJ Growth and Northgate.
"Mobile adbertising a potential marketing media industry tersebuut although still in early stages of development. Admob But its success has proved to work on this market and we really want them to join the Google team, said Vice President Product Management Google's Susan Wojcicki.
Both companies claim to have agreed a deal and the price offered.
Earlier, rumors circulated if Apple is also interested in buying admob. But unfortunately, the price offered only approximately USD400 million, that in fact is lower than the Google offering.
